I came here twice over the summer, once just with my toddler and the second with all three children and friends. Such a good day out with plenty to do! There are animals to look at outside and an indoor barn too. You can buy food to feed a number of the animals. The children loved feeding the goats but there were also rabbits, ponies, pigs, lamas etc. The play areas here are really good and I found with my children’s range of ages there was something for everyone. Outside there are two play areas. One is for younger children with a sandpit, swings, and play houses. The other has a go-kart riding area and a castle themed play area. There was also two jumping pillows which were a big hit. Additionally there is a mini golf area which is free to use.

They also have an indoor play area which has quite a large soft play, a bouncy castle, a sandpit area, lots of ride on toys and a slide with inflatable rings. There is seating for the adults or for eating. There is a small cafe here selling drinks, snacks and ice creams. The main cafe is around the corner and you can bring take away lunches from there to this indoor play area. In the main cafe you can order various food like sandwiches, jacket potatoes etc. If it’s a nice day you can sit outside to eat too and also bring your own food which we did.

For an extra pound per person you can book on entrance to go on a tractor ride. This is probably one for younger children and we did this on the time I just had my toddler. He absolutely loved it as he loves tractors! They take you to the cows and you can feed them with a bucket of potatoes. My little one thought this was great fun.

The other thing I did just with my toddler was the trail they had in the woods. We enjoyed this. They had some educational boards up on the walk to learn about crops and there were little soft toy animals to find too. There was also a ‘pingles trail’ where you had to find the little wooden faces in the trees. The cost of a day out at Hall Farm Park is £7.95 per adult or child over 2. They also offer season passes and they do children’s parties.
